Waterfall status
One word.......WATERFALL!
I am seriously obsessed. KP, Lea, Emily, and I go to this waterfall in Laurel Hill State Park, and it is the best thing ever. Recently, we've discovered a new path to get to it, which is extremely satisfying because there are all these bridges and logs to cross that criss cross over the stream back and forth on our way to the waterfall. It's so great, and I will probably experience all of its wonder and glory a trillion more times this summer.
Now, three words....Johnstown Brewing Company.
The dismal location in which I will be spending more hours of my summer in than I would like. Okay, so it's not that dismal, but it's certainly not on my top ten list of places I want to spend my time in the summer. It's really not that bad...I just get bored easily, and waitressing isn't the most entertaining of all jobs. Plus, sometimes there are super fun things going on and I have to be like "Nope, sorry...I'm working." GROSS! Also, people are flippin mean sometimes! I don't thinkthey realize that a lot of the time I am really busy, but still doing my best to make sure they are doing alright. BE NICE TO ME DANGIT!
On a lighter note, I had the splendiferous opportunity to go whitewater rafting on the Lower Yough with Emily, her brother and two of his friends. It was so sick. I've been rafting there a few times before and am extremely terrified of Dimple Rock, but I was pleased to discover that because the water was really high, Dimple Rock was anything less than scary. It rained for most of our journey down the river, but that just made it all the more epic. After rafting, we went to the Melvin's cabin on the Youghigheny Lake and ate a delicious dinner of ribs and hardshell crabs. yayyy.
I suppose that is all I need to say for now. Adios!

The beginning of a legacy
Well hello.
I suppose the purpose of this blog is entirely nonsensical. I felt that it was necessary to compile a blog of my summer activities leading into my sophomore year of college in case anyone cared enough to know. In case you were wondering, it was certainly not necessary at all; however, it is a Sunday in Johnstown, and I have nothing to do. So here I am sitting on our patio outside bored out of my mind creating a blog for no apparent reason whatsoever. It happens. Anywhoo, this is it. My blog. The new reason for my existence.
Au revoir pour maintenant
